Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. 

The credit note is valid for a year from the date of issue and can be redeemed online to buy the product of your choice. You can always return or exchange your order by following the following steps:

AT HOME COLLECTION

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to hellolinen@linenbynature.life or calling/WhatsApping our customer care at +91 9810033504 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 Hours to 1700 Hours (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. The amount deducted from your final credit note amount will be Rs 200 for all orders.

Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, will be deducted from your credit note amount.

Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

How do I start a return?

The quickest way to initiate a return/exchange is to call or WhatsApp us at +91-9810033504 or write to us at hellolinen@linenbynature.life with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll take care of the rest!

Can I make an exchange?

We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and color that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

In order to initiate a return or an exchange, we require the email ID that was used to make the purchase as well as the order number. If the gift is returned, then we issue a gift card to avoid reaching out to the original buyer. 

When can I expect my credit note?

For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end which is valid online for a year, or exchange for another available size.

What is the return and exchange policy for sale items?

Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.

What if I receive the wrong product?

In case a wrong product is delivered, you can WhatsApp us at +91-9810033504 or email us at hellolinen@linenbynature.life along with the product images and the order number within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images

What if a product is missing from my order?

In case a product or products are missing from your order, you can call or WhatsApp us at +91-9810033504 or email us at hellolinen@linenbynature.life within 48 hours of receiving the products and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Disclaimer

Linen By Nature reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

The return/exchange will be invalid if the product is found in used condition.

Return is not applicable to international orders.

Personalized orders, custom-made orders, sale items or items damaged by normal wear & tear are not eligible for returns.

The product returned should be in its original packing.
